Enhancements:

• Add Pirate Modal: Changed the "Officer" text to "Guilded by". This should help clear up confusion in the event you are adding a pirate to the database that a veteran, petty officer, or another officer guilded.
• Add Pirate Modal: Guilded by dropdown is now searchable.

Bug Fixes:

• Rewrote queries for the Forgot Password feature to potentially fix an issue where password is being reset for wrong user.
• Fix 404 error when clicking on notification that a poll has been closed.

Maintenance:

• Removed "Changes to Application Status" from the Email Preferences section in the Account Manager. This was a leftover email preference from a previously removed feature.
